Illness and Health – The Soul’s Messages Through the Body

Our body is perfect. It was created to be perfectly healthy. Of course, there are exceptions—such as those born with certain conditions—but that is a different topic, which I will address in another message. What we commonly call "illness" is not a physical mistake, but a state of consciousness—a reflection of our own emotional and mental energies expressed through the body. The body itself is not “sick” or “healthy.” It simply is—perfect in its essence, beyond duality, carrying its divine dignity.

Whether we experience health or illness depends on our level of awareness. If I do not honor my wholeness—my WELL-being—if I forget the sacredness of my being, my body will begin to signal. Not just the body, but also my soul and my spiritual self. The body speaks through symptoms and dis-ease. The soul signals through negative feelings, emotional heaviness, and inner dissatisfaction. The Divine aspect of my being whispers its messages only in stillness—softly and gently, it speaks to me from within.
